• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, and work outdoors in all weather
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Punctual and dependable
• CSA-approved steel-toe boots
• Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
• Experience in concrete or construction is an asset but not required
• Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Prepare and clean job sites (digging, sweeping, debris removal, etc.)
• Operate hand tools and basic power tools (experience a plus)
• Follow safety protocols and directions from foreman or lead hand
• Perform other general labour tasks as needed
