1. Minimum college diploma in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related subject is required; a university degree is a strong asset.
2. Minimum three years of experience in financial accounting or related clerical work experience is required; personnel management experience is also required.
3. Excellent professional knowledge of financial accounting with proven skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to lead a team and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
5. Strong reading and writing skills in English.

1. Develop, adjust and implement effective and standardized working processes for the financial department to ensure the regular work of accounting, cashier, and taxation.
2. Examine and review the financial statements and forms, reconcile related transactions, and perform financial analysis.
3. Arrange the financial department’s schedule; assign specific jobs to each clerk and follow up on the progress.
4. Record and approve the internal requests for funds and expenditures, and authorize routine payments for partners and suppliers.
5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and keep the management posted on the company’s financial situation regularly.
6. Assist the hiring manager in recruiting new employees and provide related training for them; guide and help employees to solve difficulties and problems in practical financial work.
7. Manage and process the company’s purchasing requisition of supplies and materials.
8. Focus on the operating status of the departmental computer system and other office equipment, such as printers and detectors, and contact repair workers if a failure occurs.
9. Communicate and maintain a good relationship with external parties, such as local government officials, banks, and other service agencies.
10. Perform additional tasks assigned by the management and prepare financial documents or statements as required.
