DUTIES

Keeping the designated work area and equipment clear and tidy by following the procedures of sanitation and safety.
Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping, mopping floors, and servicing restrooms.
Providing a positive customer experience with friendly, courteous service, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
Input orders into a point-of-sale system /cash register and accept payment using a credit card reader or cash register, calculating change accurately and quickly as required.
Meeting customer needs and taking steps to solve issues.
Additional responsibilities may be given to help meet guest/customer needs
Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code

DUTIES

Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
Prepare the work area
Follow food safety standards
Receive, inspect and store dry, cold, and frozen items/stocks
Take and record temperatures for cold/frozen items
Receive, inspect, and store fresh and produced items
Check expiry dates on raw chicken, tenders, milk fillet
Marinate chicken on Bone
Maintain cooker cleanliness and function and follow cooker safety procedures
Filter, polish and clean cookers
Set up, maintained, and cleaning of breading tables
Responsible for cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
Thaw and prep required chicken on bone, fillets, and other ingredients
Ensure no cross-contamination occurs due to flour or raw chicken juices coming in contact with the cooked products.

Minimum 1 years to less than 2 years experience in the QSR industry. (Quick Service Restaurant)

Maintain knowledge of new and used vehicle inventory
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Complete all paperwork and documentation accurately
Participate in sales training and dealership meetings
